Henry Ruhnke has a Master's degree in Architecture with an emphasis in Real Estate Development from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and more than 20 years experience with the design and management of architectural projects. His commitment to customer satisfaction results in long-term clients and client referrals and projects across industries along the Central Coast. He is very active in his community, and for the past two years has worked extensively with the City of Monterey and its stakeholders to advance a plan for the revitalization of Downtown Monterey.
Henry has executive involvement in the initial project start-up, with particular emphasis on negotiations and defining the project scope. He reviews project status with the Project Director and Management Staff, and assists with contractor selection and negotiations. During the course of construction, he reviews the construction administration phase with the Project Team to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Henry also provides expert witness consulting and has experience providing expert witness testimony in court.
