Capital Project Management

Our Capital Project Management (CPM) Division provides customized construction management solutions, and is an active participant in the Construction Management Association of America. We provide traditional construction support services for our projects as well as offer enhanced construction management services for our clients. We have a proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Basic services normally include:

- Attendance at site visits during course of construction
- Attendance at project meetings with owner and contractor
- Response to RFI/RFCs
- Assistance with evaluation of change orders
- Supplemental drawings as required
- Shop drawing review
- Contractor payment review
- Project closeout services

Additionally, construction management services may include:
- Enhanced project representation
- Project scheduling
- Project budgeting
- Management of FF&E requirements
- Management of data/telephone and security systems
- Warranty review
- Coordination of owner supplied services
- Other CM services based on owner's needs
