Peter Silva is a licensed architect with over 40 years of professional practice delivering high-quality, award-winning projects. He has designed and managed a diverse range of building types including high end custom residential, multi-family, mixed-use, historic, adaptive reuse, affordable housing, commercial, tenant improvements, civic, educational, and healthcare.

Peter is an effective team leader with a depth of experience in client relationships, project management, land use entitlements and post entitlement approvals, technical research, planning and building regulatory analysis, and an instinctive vision for innovative design solutions.
