The Orosco Group
The Orosco Group wanted corporate headquarters to reflect quality in both construction and design.
The architectural style is reminiscent of the classic California Mediterranean style, prevalent in the 1920s and 1930s. The building exterior incorporates artisanal materials such as sandstone, plaster, exposed wood, timbers, copper gutters and flashing, two-piece clay tile, and decorative wrought iron and ceramic tiles. The interior boasts hand-distressed white oak floors, plaster walls, exposed wood trusses and cedar ceilings.
The timeless design and quality of materials and construction reflect the client's commitment to excellence and positions this building to become a landmark in the future.
